The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the vibrant Vic markets just a short walk away. Chinatown is also within easy reach, providing a plethora of dining options. there are several restaurants and bars in close proximity to the hotel, making it convenient for business travelers to unwind after a long day.
The noise levels in the area were quite high, with disturbances from neighboring establishments and construction work nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for a sporting event and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to everything. Despite being located on a noisy alley, the room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service and exceeding my expectations. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a great stay, such as a kitchenette, washing machine, and flat-screen TV. During my recent stay at Flinders Landing Apartments, I was delighted to find that the location was perfect. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the CBD, close to bustling bars and restaurants, as well as Federation Square. I didn't have to drive anywhere to enjoy good food and shopping options.
The kitchen in the apartment was well-appointed, making it convenient for those who like to cook. Although there was no saucepan available, a frying pan was provided.
